Pristine Properties, LLC was founded by Patrick O’Neill.  Pristine Properties, LLC is owned by four friends and managed by Patrick O’Neill. Patrick grew up in Soldotna and now raises his family in Soldotna with his wife Diedre, and sons.  He is excited to share the beauty this special region has to offer and therefore spends much of his time exploring the area for great parcels of land.  We pride ourselves in combining our knowledge of the area and researching parcels so that the locations will continue to appreciate well into the future.
